With a rated working temperature of 650°C and outer wall temperature maintained below room temperature +50°C, this furnace provides safe, stable, and precise thermal control for superior melting quality.
Equipped with an advanced Riello gas burner, the furnace supports automatic ignition, flame monitoring, and intelligent temperature regulation. The hydraulic tilting system ensures smooth and controlled pouring of molten metal, while the durable refractory lining—constructed with high-strength castable and insulated with Grade One silicate aluminum fiber—guarantees extended service life and excellent thermal retention. Additional safety features include an emergency outlet and leak alarm for secure operation.
